This website does not include a contact form. When you contact the firm by telephone or email, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage your matter.

The firm also processes data required for client administration, billing and the management of matters entrusted to it.

Personal data is accessible to authorised members of the firm and, where necessary, to service providers who are subject to confidentiality obligations.

The firm’s lawyers and staff are bound by professional secrecy under the conditions established by law and the rules of the profession.

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or matter and subsequently in accordance with applicable legal and professional obligations.

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of its processing, object to its processing where permitted by law and exercise your right to data portability.

You may exercise these rights by emailing cabinet@lexcoavocats.com. The firm will respond within one month of receiving the request. Where necessary, this period may be extended by two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (cnil.fr).
